Copier / Printer Technician Duties include: - Develop and maintain good customer relations, in addition to providing operator training, technical assistance and general customer information. - Responsible for tools, laptop, vehicle and other equipment assigned by the company. - Properly fill out assigned reports completely and on time -- paper and on PC. - Maintain copy of all assigned publications in organized manner so that they are readily available for use as needed. - Maintain proper parts levels to ensure prompt and efficient equipment service. - Responsible for continued development of skills through formal training, self-study, and on-the-job training. - Demonstrate willingness and capacity to be trained on most digital office equipment that is in, or added to the company line. Qualifications: - Copier and/or Printer service and repair experience required. - Basic mechanical aptitude and demonstrated skills required. - Must be able to work independently, prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks. - Must be very organized and detail oriented. - Highly self-motivated and a fast learner. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Must have reliable transportation to and from work, a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
