The Quality Analyst position will interact with the Team, Team Trainer, Team Leader and Manager to ensure timely updates are reported and evaluate where additional training and guideline changes are needed. You will be responsible for ensuring that staff is utilizing consistent and up-to-date guidelines and assist in the coordination and maintenance of documentation and quality assurance functions.
