The Copier/Printer Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing digital office equipment including digital copier equipment, printers (and related technology). We provide initial and ongoing training on additional equipment and technology (copiers, fax machines, printers, MFP&apos;s, etc.).   Copier / Printer Technician Duties include:  - Develop and maintain good customer relations, in addition to providing operator training, technical assistance and general customer information. - Responsible for tools, laptop, vehicle and other equipment assigned by the company. - Properly fill out assigned reports completely and on time -- paper and on PC. - Maintain copy of all assigned publications in organized manner so that they are readily available for use as needed.  - Maintain proper parts levels to ensure prompt and efficient equipment service. - Responsible for continued development of skills through formal training, self-study, and on-the-job training. - Demonstrate willingness and capacity to be trained on most digital office equipment that is in, or added to the company line.  Qualifications:  - Copier and/or Printer service and repair experience required. - Basic mechanical aptitude and demonstrated skills required. - Must be able to work independently, prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks. - Must be very organized and detail oriented. -  Highly self-motivated and a fast learner. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Must have reliable transportation to and from work, a valid driver&apos;s license and current vehicle insurance. Company vehicle will be provided, based out of our office.  - Exceptional troubleshooting skills handling printers/digital copiers. - Strong relationship management skills with external and internal customers are required. - Computer PC, Windows, and network connectivity knowledge required.. - Must have manual dexterity with the ability to kneel and stand while working on machines.
