You are responsible to determine each resident&apos;s needs with the input of the other nursing staff on the unit and ensure that each resident receives maximum care.&amp;nbsp;Reports to: Director of Nursing&amp;nbsp;Supervises:Responsible for direct supervision of all LPN, TMA and CNA employees during your shift.&amp;nbsp;The Non-Benefit RN position is unscheduled and does not qualify for any WWV Benefits except for the Pension/Retirement plan upon eligibility.  Employees will pick up three shifts per month, with two of those shifts falling on a weekend.
