In addition, this position will serve as member of our Technology department working to resolve any technology related issues for the district.To facilitate the implementation of digital curriculum integration both at a district and classroom level.Essential Duties: Develop and deliver professional development opportunities for the District's faculty and staff in a variety of group and individual settings on district supported technology applications and hardware. Provide release note information to the end user on upgrades of district supported technology applications and hardware. Develop and maintain a grade level appropriate list of technology resources for the District's faculty and students. In cooperation with the District Technology Coordinator work to develop and deliver summer technology training opportunities for faculty and staff. Provide end user support for workstations, peripherals, and internet capable devices. Train and assist teachers in the development of classes on the district wide My BIG CAMPUS Assist district personnel in the use of data and systems that may contain privileged and confidential information. Assist the District's Data and Assessment Coordinator with the setup and delivery of computerized student testing and digitized curriculum integration. Research and recommend new learning technologies to be used by the district to help increase student achievement. To incorporate state standards and benchmarks into the district digital curriculum.
