We manufacture product 24/7 and are seeking smart, driven individuals for the following position.PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - NIGHTS&amp;nbsp;Hours for this position are 6:30 p.m. &amp;ndash; 6:45 a.m. The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat). All hours over 40 hours per work week are compensated at an overtime rate. With this schedule you only work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!Responsibilities include: Operating fabrication equipment, monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met, and preparing equipment/materials for production runs. Basic math and computer skills required.Compensation for this full-time position starts at $13.75/hour (this includes $1.00/hour night shift differential) plus an excellent benefit package featuring one of the best health insurance plans in the area with associate contributions starting at $57/month for single coverage and $138/month for family coverage. Pultrusion is an ideal replacement for traditional building materials in many applications and we are proud to be an innovation leader in the industry!We are seeking an innovative and experienced Process Engineering &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;Quality Manager to report to our Plant Manager.  The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with five or more years of management experience and an extremely proactive customer service philosophy.Responsibilities Include:&amp;bull;	Drive process improvements throughout our production and business processes&amp;bull;	Identify and resource gaps in processes to create consistency in manufacturing while improving safety, quality, and productivity&amp;bull;	Create and maintain process flow diagrams and work instructions to be consistent with current practices, design changes, and performance improvements&amp;bull;	Process mapping and process flow project management&amp;bull;	Analyze product quality performance data to establish appropriate test methods and frequencies; when opportunities arise, this individual will identify root cause and establish corrective actions. &amp;bull;	Oversee Tecton&apos;s Quality Management System, including our ISO certification&amp;bull;	Interact closely with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications&amp;bull;	Interact closely with customers to ensure our products meet their requirements&amp;bull;	Provide leadership and supervision to Quality TeamBachelor&apos;s degree required; preference given to candidates with a master&apos;s degree or advanced training/certifications (i.e. Lean Manufacturing, ISO, Six Sigma).
