Reviews programs ahead of time and downloads before next set-up.2. With assistance, reviews die designs. Understands how the die is producing the finished part before machining is started.3. With minimal direction, documents all pertinent information in the CAD. Files for easy retrieval to reproduce the part as needed.4. 						Yard Tractor Driver LakevilleDetroit Lakes, MNSummary: Under the direction of Warehouse supervisor, expeditor and lead people, operates a yard tractor in order to most efficiently transport material and product throughout Company facilities.Safety is #1 at BTD: Our expectation is that every employee: 1) Strictly follows safety policies, rules and safe work methods. 2) Promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions. Promptly reports injuries for prompt diagnosis and treatment. 3) Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety.Essential Functions:1. Moves trailers around Company property as needed.2. Transports trailers containing finished goods to finished goods warehouse.3. Unloads and locates finished goods in finished goods warehouse.4. Reports any maintenance needs of trailers and yard tractor(s).5. Keeps yard tractor(s) clean, fueled and in proper working condition.6. Occasionally locates and delivers expedited parts for shipping.7. Time allowing, delivers dies from Building III to Production.8. Drives forklift or Company pickup to deliver parts as needed.9. Maintains a clean and safe work area.10. Follows all safety regulations.11. Must represent the Company in a professional, honest and forthright manner.12. Must be capable of using Axapta software programs to enter time/payroll information, job information includingQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Graduation from high school or equivalent.Experience and Skills Required: At least one year of recent experience that includes the following skills and abilities:1. Ability to exercise initiation and self-motivation.2. Ability to perform basic material handling activities in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.3. Knowledge of related safety requirements to include proper use of safety equipment and proper safety precautions.4. Ability to operate and safely maneuver a forklift.5. Ability to understand, follow and issue routine oral and written instructions.6. Ability to understand and maintain effective working relationships with others.7.
