HIRING DUE TO RETIREMENT
A private cabin-owning association near Two Harbors is looking for an Assistant Foreman to perform maintenance and operational duties on buildings and grounds.
This position replaces a retiring Assistant Foreman and works as part of small crew but also involves self-directed work. Work is often performed out of doors and involves operating hand and power tools and equipment including chain saws. A basic understanding of building maintenance including plumbing, heating, and electrical, while not essential, is desired. Previous Assistant Foreman has work for decades. Position including wages of $30K plus assistance with medical expenses and bonus potential.
