Job Details
The Warehouse Support Technician oversees and is responsible for receiving and storage of inbound freight, pulling inventory from various supply locations, transferring orders, and organizing delivery of supplies to Yorhom Medical Essential locations. This position assigns capital equipment fixed asset numbers from Accounting and Altru Specialty Services numbers on new rental equipment. The technician assists in rental and supply inventory process and supply chain management by overseeing the process of adding new inventory items. The Warehouse Support Technician maintains and tracks equipment status, assists in answering the drive up intercom and other duties as assigned.

Tech - Responibilities
Oversees and is physically responsible for the receiving and storage of all inventory at the warehouse location to ensure cleanliness, order, expiration, stocking, and timeliness. Follows up on back orders, corrects discrepancies, and contacts buying team and staff of status. Files closed purchase orders in an organized and timely manner. Keeps work area neat and organized.
Tech - Equipment
Maintains and tracks equipment status changes in the system. Assigns capital equipment fixed asset numbers from Accounting and Altru Specialty Services numbers on new rental equipment and distributes to appropriate departments.
Tech - Files
Maintains non-active customer files and organizes their storage and disposal.
Tech - Inventory Process
Assists in supply chain management and inventory processes, including training employees and running reports.
Tech - Intercom
Assists in answering drive up intercom at the warehouse.
Other Duties
Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
