LOCATION: UW-Stout, University Dining Service, Memorial Student Center.
JOB DUTIES: Under general supervision of the Executive Chef, responsible for institutional bakery operation utilizing commercial bakery equipment and producing bakery products in moderate to large volumes, 50- 1,000 portions. This includes, but is not limited to, yeast breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, desserts, etc. Instructs and directs student employees involved in bakery production maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
Schedule posted weekly. Typical shift: Mon-Fri, 4am-12:30pm, 9 months during the academic year.
