Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Technology Trainer with Eide Bailly might include the following:

• Deliver engaging training programs through a variety of channels, live or web-based.
• Work with IT on timelines and roll out schedules across offices to ensure training is on time for implementation of various software tools.
• Develop tools and resources, working with subject matter experts throughout the Firm that will drive the effective use of technology within established processes.
• Develop an understanding of key processes and systems to communicate complex information in easy-to-understand language.
• Travel to a new office to deliver training on a new software or application.
• Apply key adult learning principles to enhance engagement and content retention.

 

Who You Are

• You are able to work cross-functionally with staff at all levels, understanding how technology impacts processes and the employee.
• You are committed to learning and development, following the principles of adult learning.
• You have exceptional project management skills including problem solving, the ability to influence others and the desire to work on a team.
• You are flexible and can easily adapt and learn new processes and tools quickly.
• You enjoy traveling to provide service in various Eide Bailly locations (up to 50%).
• In addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Adult Education or a related field and 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment training adults in multiple software applications.

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
