Agtegra Cooperative is seeking a Fixed Asset Intern in Aberdeen, SD. This position will be part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience Required:
This intern will participate in the Agtegra Internship Program and be eligible for a scholarship of up to $750 upon successful completion.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with title work and vehicle licensing/renewals
- Processing titles for new titled vehicles we purchase and making sure proper licensing is acquired from the County.
- Processing renewals as needed, Agtegra has a renewal date of 9/30 for most vehicles, but others come up as needed, depending on what County and State they are in.
- Maintaining the vehicle listing with current license information
- Assist with Depreciation Schedule entries and Depreciation Journal Entries
- Setting up new assets in Creative Solutions
- Entering asset sales in Creative Solutions and doing sale journal entries in Agris.
- Assist in maintaining Standard Depreciation Journal Entry and Entry that reallocates to Application Equipment.
- Assist with equipment lease billings and sending out equipment bill of sale to leases paid in full.
- Assist with MZB billings and FieldReveal payment vouchers.
Education and Experience Required:
- Must be enrolled in a two or four year program in a field related to the internship.
- Proficient use in Excel
This intern will participate in the Agtegra Internship Program and be eligible for a scholarship of up to $750 upon successful completion.
