Fantastic opportunity, as Fargo Business is searching for a Procurement Manager who will have core responsibilities in managing the company’s inventory supplies and services for multiple locations. You will work independently, taking the lead on company’s procurement expenses, acting as an internal resource to find cost-effective deals with suppliers. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits. Salary starts between $90,000-$107,000 depending on experience.
Job highlights:
- Allows the ability to develop and implement strategies to reach company objectives.
- Duties will include, but not limited to: ordering materials, inventory control, & cost analysis
- Management of all cost-saving opportunities
- Work within budget to purchase goods / services
- Management of other procurement staff members
- Negotiate pricing, shipping, and delivery specifications
- Meet with Operation and Production teams
Skills/Knowledge:
- 5 Years of proven on-the-job working experience
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- If you have Manufacturing industry experience, that''s a plus!
- Experience with accounting software
- You''ll have standard finance and accounting skills
- Have an excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
