Silver Brook Township is accepting quotes for a GROUNDS KEEPER to mow and trim the lawns at the Silver Brook Town Hall and the Silver Brook Cemetery. Mowing is on an on-call basis as directed by the Township between May 15 and September 15. The contract may be renewed annually for up to three years upon mutual agreement.
Applicants must be 18 years of age, provide their own mower and trimming equipment, and provide proof of insurance.
An aerial photo of the areas to be mowed can be obtained by contacting the Township Clerk. Separate quotes are requested for the Town Hall and Cemetery. Quotes should be by job and not on an hourly basis.
All quotes must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "QUOTE" to Alieca Johnson, Clerk, 1090 Bandle Court Road, Wrenshall, MN 55797, on or before 5:00 PM, May 2, 2019.
The Board reserves the right to accept/reject any or all submissions.
