Visitor Services Seasonal 90% Starting Wage - $9.86 per hour . Anticipated normal season dates from early June through early-September each year. Anticipated 2019 dates are June 6th through September 3rd. Normal work hours include shifts generally 10 AM - 5 PM. Work days and hours will vary and include evenings, weekends and holidays. Shifts are normally 5-8 hours per day.
Responsibilities include:
Greet park visitors and provide basic information to visitors and callers
Collect fees for state park vehicle permits, camping/lodging, boat/bike rental, firewood and park merchandise.
Perform simple record keeping tasks
Assist with park merchandise
Assist with special events
Perform routine cleaning
