Stocking Associate

7am-3:30pm

Monday-Friday

$14.10/Hour

The primary function of this position is to accurately and efficiently put away product, find and prepare product, and transport/scan product to new location while meeting department standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

Print reports to find product and fill primary locations.

Print reports to assist with putting away received goods.

Process glass and liquid items by bubble wrapping and putting product in a zip lock bag to help protect them from being damaged.

Utilize RF gun to transfer product into locations.

Safely operate forklift equipment (stand up, sit down, and order picker)

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Follow and complete all GMP related paperwork; attend yearly training.

Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Conducts self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of SHP.

Marginal Duties:

Assist other departments when necessary

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized department. Keep work area clean and organized at the end of shift.

Competencies Required:

• Ability to provide prompt and reliable attendance
• All positions require the ability to read, write and understand English with the ability to communicate in English effectively
• Good communication skills
• Previous warehouse experience
• Computer/Mechanical ability a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or GED preferred.
