The HRA of Duluth is seeking an In-House Attorney to provide a broad range of legal services including reviewing and making determinations on reasonable accommodation requests, reviewing HUD notices and keeping directors up to date on regulatory changes, ensuring due process rights for program participants, reviewing and drafting contracts, conducting legal research, program compliance, etc. The general counsel will also work closely the HRA's contracted legal firm.

Requirements include graduation from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota; and experience in the general practice of law preferably representing public sector clients or representing clients on housing issues. Starting salary is $70,000 per year with an extremely generous benefit package. This is a salaried position with the general hours being 8-4:30 M-F.

Information Technology Systems Manager - provides technical leadership through planning, development, design, implementation & maintenance of the Authority’s IT systems.  Responsibilities include security, data integrity, disaster recovery, trouble-shooting, technical assistance, staff support and staff training.  Full-time hourly position.
