PART-TIME TEMPORARY CUSTOMER CARE AND SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED IN DULUTH, MN - $18 PER HOUR
Manpower has an immediate opening for a part-time (long-term temporary) Customer Care and Support Representative.
What's in it for you?
- Day shift: 20-30 hours per week. Will work Monday through Friday (4-5 hours per day) between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
- Pay rate: $18 per hour
- Option to take free college courses.
- Eligible for Manpower benefits after 90 days worked.
What is the job?
- Resolving customer questions, complaints and requests.
- Serving as a liaison between customers and departments.
- Setting up new accounts and maintaining records on customer accounts.
- Performing a wide variety of credit and collection functions.
- Providing excellent customer service.
What you bring to the job?
- Past experience in a customer support and collections role.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
