JOB SUMMARY

The Provider Relations Network Analyst is responsible for administering the installation of assigned provider contracts.
Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials. Responsible for maintenance of the provider database, assigning contracted providers to the correct reimbursement schedules. Facilitates communications and understanding of the Health Plan's Networks. Act as internal liaison to resolve inquiries or issues. Coordinates management operational issues upon implementation. Uses databases that are specific to the EPIC database. Provides reports and data analysis as well as directory and troubleshooting.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Examines a specific problem and understands the perspective of each involved stakeholder. Makes oral presentations and writes reports needed for own work. Uses basic features of two or more Office applications. Demonstrates open, friendly, accepting, and supportive behaviors with team members. Demonstrates experience participating in productive collaborative processes. Processes limited amounts of detailed information with good accuracy. Responds to day-to-day operational priorities while still making progress on project work. Makes oral presentations and writes reports needed for own work.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

This position will require data management and entry skills, project management experience, and the candidate to be detailed orientated. It will be working with claim payment from members of the health plan, working on reports for the health plan, geo-mapping, and managing the online directory.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline is required with three or more years of related experience preferred.
Experience in database management preferred. Three plus years of related experience is preferred.
