Job Summary:
This position keeps Bell Bank business and mission critical sytems running at peak level of performance, while maintaining high levels of service and commitment to customers and employees. This position requires managerial as well as problem solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly. 

Job Skills Required:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production management / production support or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of direct management experience (preferably in an IT environment).
  • Experience with enterprise network infrastructure operations, including operating systems (Windows Server, IBM AS/400), host system connectivity, networking topology, disaster recovery, high availability, security, data communications, and database concepts (Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with online transaction processing, data warehousing and web based environments, concepts and implementations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills in order to quickly identify and resolve problems which often affect one or more branch location.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision to provide the necessary support for technology problems/questions.
