Duties:
*Update, analyze, and deliver the monthly marketing spending reports to your business partner at individual and aggregate level, including actuals & variances
*Update the monthly close file and report power point package
*Monthly Financial Close process including; marketing accruals, reversals, re-classes, etc
*Working close with Finance Department
*Quarterly review and update department on budgets and forecasts
*Ensure adherence to Policies and procedures
*Ensure accurate accounting, accruals, forecasting process
*Invoice & PO management and issue resolution
*Drive Process improvement, simplification, and automation
*Ensure documentation requirements are met before project creation
Qualifications:
*3+ years experience working in a large organization
*BS/BA degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting) MBA/CPA a plus
*2-5 years experience in financial processes (Journal Entries, etc.)
*Advanced Excel skills
*Highly developed organizational and analytical skills with ability to think ahead and identify data quality issues and drive resolution
*Self starter and a team player with ability to work independently
*Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
*Strong communication, cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills
*Detail oriented with ability to define and build processes
*Ability to work independently and work creatively to solve problems
Other:
*Salary starting at $35,000-$40,000 per year
