Meat Department Manager - (FT)

Responsibilities:

·        Ensures customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.

·        Responsible for calculating department budget and keeping within parameters for sales, margin and labor

       expenses.

·        Develops coordinated, aggressive and creative merchandising plans.

·        Accountable for department gross profit goals.

·        Supervises and monitors department sanitation and safety.

·        Builds effective teams and ensures company policies and procedures are followed.

Position requires comprehensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the meat department operations.  Applicant should have leadership and problem solving skills.  Candidate must possess communication and

        mathematical skills.
