Arvig is an employee owned and growing full service communications company serving the needs of the residential, business, and telecommunications markets with nearly 600 employees in five states. 

This individual will provide complete, neat and accurate cable splicing and testing including fiber optic, copper, and coax.

We are seeking a self-directed, enthusiastic individual to join our team on a full-time basis.  Corporate location is in Perham but work is typically performed within a five state area.  Hours are Monday – Thursday; 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (hours dependent upon the project); overtime/weekends as needed; respond to emergencies as needed.  Frequent travel is likely. 

  The following credentials are preferred:

• One – two years experience in splicing copper and fiber optics
• AAS degree in telecommunications or related field
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience in telecommunications construction is a plus

Required:
• Valid driver's license with a clear record
