Hourly $21.40 - $31.58
Minnesota Department of Transportation, District 7, Mankato, MN is seeking a fulltime Safety Administrator to develop, implement, monitor, and direct a district-wide Safety & Health Program and Motor Vehicle Safety Program for the purposes of reducing employee injuries and illnesses, employee health care costs and disability compensation, motor vehicle accidents, tort claims, and other property loss.
Minimum Qualifications:
-- B.S. in Occupational Safety, or related field; or at least three years
of safety program leadership experience.
-- Working knowledge of OSHA and MPCA rules and regulations.
-- Experience in Workers Compensation claims management.
-- Valid Class D Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
-- Experience in hazardous materials and hazardous waste
management programs.
