Arvig

Responsible for trenching/plowing communication cable, fiber optic cable, electric cable, gas line and conduit. Looking for applicants who have experience with backhoes, plow operation, directional drills in the utility construction field.

Crews are headquartered in Perham or Richmond, MN. Work is typically performed within a three to five state area. Hours are Monday – Thursday; 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (hours dependent upon the project); overtime/weekends as needed. Frequent overnight travel is required.

Prefer the following:
• Self-motivated with ability to following oral and written instructions
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with a wide variety of personalities
• Be at least 18 years old
• CDL holder with clear driving record
• Utility construction experience a plus
