Provide analysis, design, development, testing, system implementation, limited planning, update and support of new or existing software application systems and associated tools to ensure the needs of Sanford Health and its affiliates are met.

Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field required. Must have two years work experience as a software engineer or related position, with healthcare experience preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of computer principles and techniques necessary to develop and document software applications systems, as well as software programming. Must have thorough knowledge of relational databases including the ability to create concise SQL statements, understands stored procedures, views and basic optimization techniques, indexes, sequences, triggers, constraints, relations. Candidate must also have thorough knowledge of Object Oriented programming, ASP.NET, C#, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XHTML, designing and developing web and Windows applications, operating systems and their tool sets, and customer business functions and terminology.
