PRACTICE SPECIFICS:
Seeking a family medicine physician to assume an existing, full spectrum practice for both inpatient and outpatient. Excellent comp package, with additional compensation from the community hospital.

Sites where provider will work: Jamestown
Hospital(s) where provider will work: Jamestown Hospital
Special procedures preferred/required: OB services and C-sections
Anticipated weekly work schedule at base location: 8-5 M-F
Anticipated volume of office patients per day at base location: 15-20
Please note past volumes and projected volumes: 10-20
Call description weekdays and weekends: 1 in 13 weekends
Average inpatient practice volume per week or month: 5-10
