Senior Business Banking Manager

Direct the activities of the Business Banking, Ag Banking and Treasury Management departments, typically for a charter or assigned district across multiple branch locations, to ensure revenue growth and credit quality in the assigned portfolio and that organizational, regional, affiliate and market-level objectives are achieved. Key responsibilities include maintaining credit quality, risk management, business development and retention, sales management and coaching, performance management, maintaining positive employee relations, community involvement, and ensuring the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. 

QUALIFICATIONS
Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's Degree; ten years experience in the business and/or ag banking industries; significant experience in credit administration, business development activities and sales coaching; and significant management experience.
