FT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Thief River Falls) 

Pennington Health Services dba Thief River Care Center is seeking a full-time licensed practical nurse (LPN) to serve our residents in our skilled nursing facility. Evening and night positions available. The LPN is responsible to lead and guide members of the nursing team in the delivery of the resident care during each shift according to each resident's care plan. Supervise and monitor NARs. Must be able to accurately administer medications, document resident information, and comply with policies and regulations. Participates in admission and discharge of residents.

Qualifications include current LPN licensure in the State of Minnesota, current CPR certification, management experience, strong team building and interpersonal skills. Commitment to quality care. Long term care experience preferred.
