Spherion is actively looking for a Programmer/Controls Technician to work with a client and to take the lead on the scaling systems controls with expertise in wiring controls, programming PLC's, Beckhoff PLCs and TwinCAT software. Training on Beckhoff PLCs and TwinCat will be provided. Task includes maintaining and updating electrical schematics, wiring of equipment, maintaining and updating PLC programs, trouble shooting control systems, and tying equipment controls into the plant networks.

Required:
• PLC programming – Allen Bradley/Beckhoff (training will be provided in this area)
• Controls wiring experience
• Wiring Schematic (reading and drawing)
• Ability to travel

Are a plus:
• Visual Studio/C#/Visual Basic
• Computer Science with networking experience
