Spherion is currently seeking qualified candidates in consideration for an Industrial Recruiter to join our Client Service Team.
 

This position is accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified employees through appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve client satisfaction. This individual will also be responsible for the telemarketing, business development, managing employees and corrective actions as needed. This person will also be involved in external recruiting activities such as job fairs, client meetings, worksite safety surveys, and employee arrivals.
 

This fast paced and dynamic environment requires strong Microsoft skills, good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines. A 4-year degree in Business or related field is highly preferred or 3-5 years business related experience.
 

Base salary plus incentives and full benefits are offered with this position.
