We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as Programmer Analyst at the Corporate Office in Moorhead, MN. The purpose of this position is to provide analysis, design, programming, and support of assigned business systems in an efficient and economical manner throughout the company.
The principal accountabilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Designs systems and programming applications consistent with user needs.
• Defines and incorporates system security and control procedures to protect data entrusted to assigned systems.
• Performs required maintenance and installs enhancements to ensure effective operation of systems.
• Completes assigned projects within established timeframes and budget.
Qualified candidates will have business and technical data processing knowledge normally gained through the successful completion of a two year associates degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field. Also required is a minimum of three years experience in programming. The incumbent will utilize a combination of the following COBOL, AS/400, 4th Generation Language, SQL, and Microsoft. Effective oral and written communication skills are required as well as organizational skills.
