Factory Service Center Manager

The Factory Service Center Manager reports to the Director of Factory Services and is responsible for the daily tactical operations of the Cirrus CFR 145 Aircraft Maintenance Organization. Primary responsibilities include: ensuring all personnel are trained in the appropriate safety practices and procedures, including proper use and location of firefighting equipment, ensuring technicians are using the appropriate technical data available during the performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance and alteration activities, ascertain qualifications of all technical employees prior to work assignment through tests, evaluation, and previous experience. Train, assist and supervise technicians in proper work procedures and practices and insure the ship equipment and tools are maintained in good working order at all times. Responsible for processing and tracking of all parts and materials used by the department including warranty claims and performance metrics.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree and minimum five years experience working in aviation maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience. Airframe & Powerplant License required. Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
