Practice Specifics:
- Seeking two (2) full-time Family Medicine physician with or without OB services. Position will be located within one of the Innovis Health Clinics in Fargo/Moorhead.
- Expansion of services to transition into Medical Home site
- Anticipated weekly work schedule at base location: 8-5 M-F; extended hours West Acres Urgent Care
- Anticipated volume of office patients per day at base location: 20-25
