Sales Representative – SnowSport Division

 Agri-Cover, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a full time position of Sales Representative - SnowSport Division to join our energetic sales team. This is a Jamestown, ND – based position with some travel required. Responsibilities include a high level of customer responsiveness, grow revenue with existing and new customers, and close new business opportunities. Sales experience is required. Qualifications include exceptional work ethic, ability to learn and be trained, and a strong desire to succeed. A personal interest in the automotive/snow equipment industry would be a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accomodate corporate goals.
• Directs sales forecasting activites and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales
• orders for orders obtained.
• Estimates date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of own firm's
• production and delivery schedules.
• Coordinates appointments.
• Responsible for SnowSport Sales ICAR's.
• Prepares meeting documentation and action item followup.
• Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount
• rates.
• Advises dealers and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
• Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
• Provides input concerning product simplification and standardization to eliminate
• unprofitable items from sales line.
• Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
• Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
• Provides product demos to qualified customers upon request.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with delivery.
• Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary
• requirements.
• Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical
• publications.
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of
• proposed client base expansion.
• Monitors and evaluates the activitites and products of the competition.
• Manages and makes decision on trade shows for SnowSport Division.
• 1525% oravel will be required including travel to Canada.
• Implements improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
