Regional Field Service Manager – Export Markets (Europe Based) 

Customer service position responsible for supporting Cirrus Aircraft owners by facilitating resolution of field needs, front-line support of Authorized Service Centers, and service development and growth in the assigned territory. The territory, at this time, is defined as the export markets outside of Europe (primary), Russia, North Africa, and the Middle East. This position is the primary liaison and customer service contact for Cirrus Aircraft field operations and must have exceptional customer service skills, technical knowledge of the aircraft, an in-depth understanding of service network operations including integration with Cirrus Aircraft policies, and ability to problem solve and resolve situations quickly. Position may require up to 50% tations: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Airframe and Powerplant License, Private Pilot's License, multilingual, and a broad travel background preferred.
