Description: Diamond Willow of Duluth - Lester Park is accepting applications for future openings for Care Specialists for all shifts.
This position is responsible for providing personal care, delegated nursing and medical care, housekeeping, meal preparation, and activities designed to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Duties: We are looking for job applicants that exhibit great communication skills, strong work ethic, and team-player attitudes.
Qualifications: We offer a beautiful work environment, flexibility, competitive starting wage: Non-CNA - $9.00/hr. CNA - $10.00/hour plus ability to earn bonus and shift differential as applicable. We also offer benefits and free meals. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
