Provides professional nursing care for patients. Requires current ND RN license and graduate of an accredited nursing program. Must have the ability to plan, organize and complete assignments as directed. Must have the ability to deal tactfully with hospital personnel, medical staff, patients and family members as well as the general public. Must have the ability to complete records and requisition forms accurately, timely and to write legibly. Must have the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in meaningful ways using email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and database management. Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Demonstrates knowledge and practice of personal protective equipment, safety, and infection control according to policy and procedure. • Other qualifications/certifications/license: (DEPT SPECIFIC) BLS required.
