Alerus (formerly Home Federal Savings Bank) is looking for a full-time Branch Manager to join our team in Austin, MN.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the administration of the sales and service activities of the retail branch including direct supervision of the Teller and Banker positions.
- Providing prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous service to clients including basic teller transactions, telephone inquiries, problem resolution, new account opening, existing account maintenance, and consumer lending.
- Partner with senior branch leadership in efforts to develop, expand, and service personal financial relationships, including executives, business owners, and centers of influence through a proficient sales effort.
- Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent experience required.
- Two years related supervisory or management experience.
- Previous financial services experience preferred.
- Strong communications and personnel management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and direct others.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
