This is 12 month, job level 10 ($25.88-$26.25), 8 hours/day (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a half hour duty free lunch), position. Benefits include health insurance; paid vacation and sick leave; and paid holidays The primary responsibility of this position is providing technical support as well as computer and network management for schools, special education and the transportation department. Preference will be given to applicants with strong experience in the following areas: Apple MacOS & iOS, Windows 10, 11, & Server editions, printer configuration and management, workstation imaging/deployment, remote management, mobile device management (MDM), virtual machines via VMWare, Chrome devices and Google Apps for Education. Experience with both wired and wireless networking is desired. The specialist will work closely with the school staff to develop and maintain the school technology plan. Two years of study at an institution of higher education (AA, AS, 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits) is preferred.
