Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting practice sessions, and managing team logistics. The advisor will also mentor students, providing guidance on both activity and academic endeavors, and foster a positive and inclusive team environment. A strong commitment to upholding the school's values and promoting a culture of respect and excellence is essential.

Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement practice plans and training programs.
Teach and refine techniques and strategies.
Monitor and evaluate performance.
Organize team participation in events.
Manage team equipment and logistics.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Provide academic and personal guidance to students.
Ensure adherence to all school and league policies and regulations.
Collaborate with school staff and the athletic department to support student success.

Administrative and Communication Duties: 
Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and the athletic department regarding schedules, expectations, and team needs.
Ensure all team members meet academic and eligibility requirements.
Manage the rosters, attendance, schedule, and budget, including ordering uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
Complete required paperwork for travel, transportation, orders, evaluations, and end-of season paperwork.
Understanding of Google Suite for administrative duties.
Maintain and complete Annual Requirements, seasonal Emergency Action Plans, and team information and photos.
Uphold school student and activity policies. 

Working Conditions: - Must be available for after-school practices, evening events, and occasional weekend events.
Ability to work in various weather conditions during outdoor/indoor events.
Physical ability to demonstrate techniques and participate in physical activities.

Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge and experience in specific activity, preferably at a competitive level.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Commitment to promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required.
