DEFINITION
To assist the Public Transit departments with the pick-up and hauling of garbage and refuse; to assist with general cleaning of buses and bus stop shelters and snow removal;
ESSENTIAL AND MARGINAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES --Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Cleaning Buses
2. Cleaning and Snow Removal from Shelters
3. Emptying Garbage
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Knowledge: Occupational hazards and standard safety practices related to the operation of a wide variety of light to medium equipment
