Divine House , Inc. is currently hiring a kind, compassionate, and responsible Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in a Licensed group home Barnesville MN.

Qualifications:  A DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and be able to document accurately and legibly.  The ability to pass a background study and have a valid drivers license (unless working overnights shifts only) is required.

Job Description:  A DSP works in a home environment to assist individuals with disabilities with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, laundry, community involvement, etc.  A DSP must possess basic problem-solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals, and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served while ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
