Job Description:

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is currently hiring a kind, compassionate and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in licensed group homes in Clinton, Mn.

A DSP works in a home environment to assist individuals with disabilities with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, laundry, community involvement, etc.  The DSP must possess basic problem-solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals. and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served while ensuring a safe and healthy environment.  A DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and be able to to document accurately and legibly.  The ability to pass a background study and a valid drivers license (unless working overnight shifts only) is required.

Must be able to pass Minnesota Department of Human Services background study.

Must have a valid driver’s license. (unless working overnight shifts only)

Direct Support Professionals Starting Pay $15.00 per hour  (Asleep overnight $11.13)

A variety of different shifts available.
