Job Description:

This is a customer service position for Medical Supplies Inc. You will be responsible to interact with public, internal personnel, past/current clients, and making sure to provide prompt/responsive on behalf of Medical Supplies, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide customer services by phone or in person, responding to client inquiries and education.
Responsible for intake process of new client and necessary follow-up for current clients.
Process orders with physician and/or local state authorities for prompt delivery, correct billing processes and accuracy of orders.
Responsible for coordinating delivery and pickup of equipment provided to clients.
Responsible for participating in compliance, quality assurance, and continuous education as requested or directed by the company.
Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required, two-year degree preferred in related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong problem solving skills
verbal and written skills
interpersonal skills
strong computer skills
Ability to follow infectious disease and blood born pathogen control measures.
Work Environment:

Day hours but schedule can be somewhat flexible.
Most tasks are preformed in a standard office environment; however, exposure during delivery of out of office may involve exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Work routine may involve exposure to blood and/or body fluids. Ability to follow infectious disease and blood borne pathogen controls measures.
There may be some moderate physical effort, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of object and materials of moderate to heavy pounds (up to 50 pounds)
