Fargo, ND Company is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to manage existing customer inventory levels and assist in warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you will support customers in their facilities by maintaining internal inventory, working with the entire warehouse and sales teams. If you enjoy meeting new people and working in a collaborative environment, this role may be perfect for you. Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, and delivering products, maintaining inventory levels, building relationships with key customer personnel, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service focused. Physical demands include regularly lifting and/or moving objects 10-50lbs, with occasional lifting of more than 50lbs. This is a full-time position offering a pay range of $18.00 - $21.00 with excellent benefits including 401(k) with matching, dental and health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with some flexibility on start/end times. Must possess a valid driver''s license, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle.
