A Valley City office is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong background in agriculture to join their team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing knowledgeable support and solutions tailored to their agricultural needs.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a focus on agriculture-related products.
Provide expert advice on product usage, troubleshooting, and recommendations.
Maintain and update customer records with accurate details and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on agricultural trends, products, and best practices to offer relevant guidance.

Requirements:

Proven experience or education in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field.
