A Fargo office is looking for an HR Specialist to manage their payroll. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. Key duties include maintaining employee payroll records, calculating wages, taxes, and deductions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations, and resolving payroll discrepancies. This role also involves coordinating with HR and finance teams to manage benefits, process new hires and terminations, and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll systems, and a solid understanding of HR and compliance practices. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll experience and ADP background is helpful. This is a full-time, long-term position offering great benefits and a pay range of $55k-$70k DOE.
