Fargo company is seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on infrastructure management with strategic planning and collaboration with other IT teams. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable and robust infrastructure solutions.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Develop and maintain installation, configuration, and operational procedures.
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar position.
Strong proficiency in system administration, network administration, and security best practices.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including both remote and onsite work as needed.

This is a long-term, full-time position with a pay range of $90k-$120k. This company is an ESOP and offers excellent benefits. Along with great pay and benefits, this is a hybrid role.
