Local Wholesale Company is looking to hire an individual interested in a great opportunity as their Pasteurizer Operator! Position involves the High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST) pasteurization of milk and other liquids. Main focus in the role involves batching yogurt and ice cream base. Primary duties include machine set up, mixing products, cleaning, routine maintenance and operation of the control room. Candidate will need to monitor gauges, sensors and timers. Must be a critical thinker and willing to learn. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required, company will help get certified. *Rotating Days: IMPORTANT!! - The hours are NOT set, so you need to be flexible on when you can work. This role is 100% based off the needs of production. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Week 1: Monday/Tuesday - OFF, Wednesday/Thursday - ON, Friday/Saturday/Sunday - OFF
Week 2: Monday/Tuesday - ON, Wednesday/Thursday - OFF, Friday/Saturday/Sunday - ON
*Wage starts at $27.66/hr. Once fully trained, additional wage incentives will be offered! The company also offers a FULL benefit package!
